Inactive Time

Inactive Time is the time during which a thread remained preempted from execution. Note that many threads can be inactive at any given point in time, so the sum of Wait and Inactive times of those threads can be much greater than the Total time of program execution.

This metric is available if you enabled the Collect stacks option during the hardware event-based sampling analysis configuration.
