Cx Residency

Cx Residency is the time spent in each of the low-power sleep states. Analyze the Cx Residency metrics and determine whether the processor was effectively 'sleeping' during idle periods.

This metric is collected during the hardware event-based sampling analysis with the Collect stacks configuration option enabled, and displayed in the Hardware Event Counts viewpoint.
