The data presented by the Intel® VTune™ Amplifier after an analysis run enables you to:
Identify program units that took most of the CPU time.
Identify which call sequences (stacks) in your application are more performance-critical.
Locate program units that do not effectively utilize available processor time.
Locate synchronization objects that affect the program performance.
Identify how efficiently GPU hardware resources are used.
Identify code sections with the slow or fast frame rate (for applications using Frame API).
Analyze application performance per tasks you added using the Task API.
Identify and locate where your application is experiencing significant hardware-level performance problems like memory issues, bandwidth issues, and so on.
Analyze performance, thread contention, idle and active power consumption for execution call paths.
Identify where and why your application ineffectively consumes energy.
