Pane: Temperature

To access this pane: Click the Temperature sub-tab in the result tab.

Default pane position in window

Use the Temperature pane to analyze the time spent in each Temperature reading for each device.

The Temperature pane is the basic part of the Temperature window that is available in the Platform Power Analysis viewpoint provided for the data collected with Intel® Energy Profiler on a target system.

Note

Platform Power Analysis viewpoint is available as part of energy analysis. Energy analysis is provided by the Intel® VTune™ Amplifier for Systems only. Energy analysis collection is supported for target Android*, Windows* or Linux* devices.

Grouping Levels (Granularities)

Each row corresponds to a grouping level (granularity). For the Temperature analysis results, the only available grouping level is Device Name.

Performance Metrics

The Temperature pane displays the data per the following metrics:

Metric	Description
Temperature	Each column header represents a specific temperature reading. The data in the columns shows the number of samples read in each temperature.
