Window: Bandwidth

Displays the DDR SDRAM memory events and bandwidth usage over time.

To access this window: Click the Bandwidth sub-tab in the result tab.

The Bandwidth window is available in the Platform Power Analysis viewpoint that provides power-related data collected on a target system. This window displays the DDR SDRAM memory events and bandwidth usage over time.

Use this window to identify threads responsible for particular tasks.

The DDR event grid displays the total value for the data collected (mJ or MB). The timeline pane plots an instantaneous rate (mW or MB/s). For example, the bandwidth timeline depicts the changes in bandwidth rates over time and the grid shows the total bandwidth consumed.
